Very generously sized portion. The stuffing was delicious and the meat was cooked to perfection. Pepper corn crust was a nice added feature.

I was able to enjoy a meal there, everything was fabulous. I ordered the crème Brûlée for dessert. It's my favorite, and was very pleased with presentation. I've made it myself and just use a torch the top. But the flambé was extra special. I have a small rehearsal dinner in Colorado and would love to serve that; will you share your flambé technique. Thank you!
8 oz Center Cut Filet Mignon review by Frank
This Filet was fantastic! Even more, the bernaise and butter options along with the filet were also very complimentary. Both contrasted each other but were great in their own respects. The whipped yukon potatoes were also amazing as were the garlicky haricots verts. Overall. A fantastic dinner presentation and meal.

We had such a great experience at Firefly's! From start to finish, everything was phenomenal. Our server, Noland, was terrific; friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. His helpers, Bunny and Andrew, were just as wonderful and checked in on us often, which we really appreciated. Bunny made sure our water glasses were consistently refilled and Andrew went out of his way to bring us extra plates. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the 8 oz black pepper filet mignon, and it was cooked perfectly, very tender, and full of flavor. We started with the bruschetta, which was a great appetizer, and the sushi rolls were great too. Everything was fresh and delicious! The service overall was top-notch, probably one of the best restaurants I've been too. The whole experience felt seamless and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Never been to a restaurant this nice. Food was great, never had better! Our waitress was a great guy and checked on us a lot. Food is a little expensive but it's definitely worth it!

This dish is so good, we could have ordered another plate each! The scallops were perfectly cooked and the accompanying grains were a perfect compliment. You will be very happy with this dish!

Recently ordered a delicious triple layer cheese cake to go just to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was absolutely incredible. I did not read all of the ingredients, but it was the best cheese cake I've had

The shrimp cocktail were amazing.. Gretchen was a great server, very attentive and personable. The rest of our food, was perfect, I had the twin tails, my son had the waygu special and my wife had the ribeye. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo. From start to finish a plus and on Easter no less with a full crowd. I almost hate to go back it was so good…. Hate to spoil it!
